I did not test the alternator upon receipt. I bought the alternator for pulley only. This one runs fine, spins freely and made 14.4 volts when I tested it. Possibly other model's as well.

Replaced with another alternator because previous owner incorrectly diagnosed a no charge issue on the machine. Selling as-is, comes in the box that had its replacement it. Lucas 14037N Alternator. Installed last winter, has about 100 hours on it.

Came off a JCB 1550b, will fit the 1400 and 1700 pre 1984 with Leland engines.
